The latest information surrounding Diablo 4’s release is available via a leak from the GameSpot forums.
According to the leak, a new beta version of the game is being developed for the Switch and Xbox One consoles.
The beta version is due to arrive on November 18th and will be available for a limited time.

If Diablo 4 is a beta, does it mean it will be free?
Well, that depends.
Diablo 4 was released for free on March 28th, 2017, so the game will technically be a beta.
However, it’s not as if there are no paid expansions to the game.
Blizzard released an expansion pack titled Reaper of Souls for Diablo 3, and Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction was released on April 8th, 2013.
The new Diablo 4 beta also includes a slew of new content for the game, such as an online mode for the first time in the game’s history.
There’s also a new mode for players who want to get more involved with the game as it gets more complex.
The release of Diablo 4 also marks the end of the beta period for the Nintendo Switch version of Diablo 3: Reaper of Kings, which was also released on November 12th, 2018.
If you’re looking for a copy of the full game for the system, you’ll need to wait for a later date.
