If it’s still a problem, it’s best to try and get a new radiator and filter.
If they’re still leaking, you won’t be able do this without replacing the radiator and/or the hose clamp, so be sure to check for leaks in the radiator as well.
It can be tempting to just go back to your previous engine, or start from scratch.
However this is not a good choice, as you may find that your previous car or truck engine was a leakier leak than your new engine.
